MENTORSHIP AND COACHING PROGRAM

In 2024, the Centre for Analytical Research in Development (CARD Ltd) launched an ambitious mentorship and coaching program to build the capacity of 5,000 young M&E professionals by 2026. The primary objective of the mentorship program is to equip mentees with practical and experiential skills, enabling them to conduct comprehensive, holistic, and effective monitoring and evaluation within their respective organizations. CARD Ltd firmly believes that by providing personalized guidance and support, mentees will gain a deeper understanding of M&E, acquire practical skills, and apply these skills to make significant contributions to the effectiveness and impact of their organizations.
